The PCR was born in 1972 with the construction of a 2-stroke engine by Piero Cavaciuti after working and contributing to the development and preparation of BM brand engines. In 1974 he dedicated himself to the design and construction of kart chassis with the help of his sons Luigi, Giuseppe, Paolo and his friend Mario Lorenzi. The name PCR comes from "Piero Cavaciuti Rotanti" referring to the rotating valve of the engines produced in the Piacentino plant. PCR continues its professional growth with passion and dedication, designing and developing its own karts with the use of cutting-edge technologies; thanks to the experience gained competing on tracks all over the world, he won his first Karting World Championship in Jesolo in 1987 with Giampiero Simoni.
